CMAK, Marking Its 30th Anniversary Next Year, Completely Overhauls Its Website

The Construction Management Association of Korea (CMAK), which will mark its 30th anniversary next year, has completely redesigned and relaunched its website to provide more convenient and efficient information services to member companies, construction professionals, and the public.

The redesign responds to the rapidly changing digital environment and strengthens user-centered information services. Its most notable feature is that it was built on a responsive web platform, providing an optimized display across PCs, smartphones, tablets, and other devices.

The new website reorganizes key menus Association Affairs, CM Resources, Notices, Participation, About the Association, and Related Sites around user needs, making it easier and faster to find necessary information. Functionality across all menus has been enhanced, and an intuitive layout and improved user experience have been applied to further increase information accessibility and ease of use.

In particular, major programs and services such as the CM Competency Evaluation Disclosure, Construction Project Manager Qualification Examination, CM Education, and ConsMa (World CM Day) have been placed directly on the main page for immediate access, increasing usability for member companies and construction professionals.

The site also systematically provides CM-related research materials, legal and regulatory information, educational materials, seminar materials, and press releases, strengthening its role as a leading information platform in the construction management field. The space for member company promotion has also been expanded, further supporting members' external publicity and information sharing.

Notably, as the Korean representative organization of IPMA, the Association supports international exchange and the strengthening of global capabilities in the fields of project management and construction management in Korea. Through this website redesign, CMAK plans to more systematically provide information on IPMA-related certification programs, international events, global network activities, and the latest trends, actively working to enhance the international competitiveness of domestic construction professionals and member companies.

In June, CMAK successfully hosted "ConsMa 2026, the 16th International CM Day" and the "ICPMA Conference 2026," continuing to expand exchange and cooperation in the construction management field both domestically and internationally. Going forward, the Association plans to further strengthen its ties with the international project management field and develop the new website into a digital hub for Korea's CM industry and a platform for global cooperation.

Meanwhile, CMAK, founded in 1997, is pursuing a range of initiatives to advance the construction management system, strengthen industry competitiveness, train professional personnel, and expand international cooperation. Marking its 30th anniversary next year, the Association plans to carry out various commemorative projects, including the publication of a "30-Year History of CM."
